March 2025 Exams

Completing the Examination Booking Form
The exam registration form can be downloaded here and on any of the Exam Registration form links below.
Candidates are advised to read the following information relevant to the March 2025 examinations before booking examinations.
Decide which exam level you want to write (information can be found on the Examination Levels in the right-hand sidebar). Please complete all of the information required on the form. Ensure that you have checked off the correct unit(s) you wish to enter and that your exam centre name and number are indicated on the form.
How to book your exam
Emailed the completed Examination Booking Form to adminstaff@ife.org.za. Once we have received it, we will send you an invoice for payment. All bookings and payments must be received at our offices before the exam closing date. Once registration is complete, candidates will receive a confirmation letter via email, which will provide details of the booking, along with confirmation of the centre and a link to the Rules and Information for Candidates document. Candidates are advised to ensure that they have provided the IFE with an up-to-date email address and that all information on the letter is correct.
Please ensure that you keep a copy of your completed Examination Booking Form, as it contains a summary of the exams you’ve booked and their scheduled times.
Terms and Conditions for Candidates
Before submitting your Examination Booking Form, please make sure to read and accept the Terms and Conditions You need to tick the box on page one of the Examination Booking Form to confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions. The IFE cannot accept bookings without this confirmation from candidates.
When you complete the Examination Booking Form, you will be asked to provide your consent for the IFE to hold your personal information. The IFE holds minimal personal information about you and the information is held only to enable us to provide your examination service.
A summary of the fees applicable to IFE qualifications in 2025 is as follows:

The prices charged by IFE are for the cost of the examination only. Study material can either be purchased from our office or from a reliable source. Free downloads for some of the study materials are available on request from our offices.
